SFE Search

Has anyone used SFE Search on their site?
I can't seem to get the thing working and I have NO idea what to look for.

I've uploaded all files using ascii...
I've chmoded all files to 777 (I'm getting desperate with this one)...
I made all the changes in the .dat file...

HELP!
