Ahh!!! But that requires Java, and MS could use ActiveX, and that's what
they do with the CHM. Now there is also another possible reason, having
multiple HTML files on a FAT16 system wastes space, so a single file is
certainly smaller.

Anyway it is clear that MS have their reasons! We can't change that can we?
