Having trouble in Netscape with JavaScript function...

I am creating a form which compares the number entered by a user and points
the user to a
link depending on which range the number falls.

I thought I had the core of it down, but when attempting to use the form in
Netscape (4.72)
The form kind of "hangs" and returns nothing...
