MTS to MySQL

I have heard that you can hook Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) to an ODBC
compliant data base.  Does someone know or can someone point me to
information on hooking MySQL to MTS.

Also I know that MySQL is not transaction oriented.  If you have any do's
and dont's around this aspect, as well as, coding examples I will be
eternally grateful.
