OK, guys and girls.  I have another minor issue relating to the javascript
email "popup" issue.  Is it possible with the following code to make
underlining of text possible?  I would like to underline THE but am not sure
how to tell the email client to interpret it as an html command and not
simply display <.U> blah blah blah <./U> for instance.
