Use a script to print Word docs from a web page

Hi all

According to the Netscape documentation, Print() is a method of the =
window object.  I have often used it to print the contents of a page.  =
However, in this case, I would like the user to select one of a number =
of available Word 97 documents, click on a PRINT button, and have the =
selected document print to their default printer.  Does anyone have any =
ideas how I can use either JavaScript, VBScript or ASP to accomplish =
this task without converting the documents to HTML, opening the page in =
the browser and then printing.
