glass buttons

Can someone please take a look at http://www.giviusa.com/ and tell me how to
create the little rounded buttons with the glass-type effect (where the
navigation links are at)?  I've seen these types of buttons in several
places and want to be able to create them, but haven't figured out how it's
done yet.
