Hi Seth, 
Try adding an invisible div layer to your body, with a "nonbreakingspace;" 
between the tags;

Then, add an inline style to it using position:absolute and left:0px; 
top:800px  as the positioning coordinates.  

The layer will remain invisible, located just below your green line... and 
make the browser's scrollbar go down that far.
