OK, one more related question.  I have the entire site validated except for
one page.  If you point your browser to:
http://www.arlylerealty.com/cgi-bin/rm/exec/search.cgi

and then press the "Search Listings" button at the bottom, and validate that
page, there is a huge list of errors all caused by one thing.  When the form
is submitted, the individual variables are passed to the URL containing, you
guessed it, ampersands.  My question is this - is there a way around this?
This is the only page on the site that I have not managed to get to
validate.  I can live with this if I have to, but I'd rather achieve 100%
validation if possible.
