Hey all

I have the following code:

<table width="100%"><tr><td width="100%"><div style=""border: solid thin
#cecece; background-color: #eeeeee"">text text text text
etc</div></td></tr></table>


In IE5 the div automatically expands to 100% of the <td> size, irregardless
of the length of the text contained in that cell.  In NN the div only
expands to the size necessary to contain the text.  If I do <div
width="100%"> then the div expands to 100% of the screen size, even flowing
out of the table.

So my question is:  how do I get NN to make the div fill the entire <td>
without, irregardless of the text content?  IE seems to do this
automatically.
