div visibility in NN?

Hi all

I have the following code to hide and then show a div on mouseover of a
link:

<div style="visibility: hidden; position: absolute; left: 30; top:1050"
id="tags"><img src="test.gif" ></div>

<a href="test.html" onmouseover="tags.style.visibility='visible'"
onmouseout="tags.style.visibility='hidden'"><img src="test2.gif"></a>


This works like a charm in IE5 but not in NN4.7.  Is there a way to get
this to work in both browsers?
