getting error: navigation cancelled

Hi all

On our ssl pages some users are getting an error "navigation cancelled"
and/or "incorrect parameter" when they try to submit a form. Does anyone
have any idea what could be causing this?  I have checked and re-checked
the code a thousand times and can't see anything wrong.
