I think this should work for validating your form.  It requires each field
to have an entry. If a field is blank then it writes out the field name and
"is blank." 

<%
for each Item in Request.form
	if request.form(Item)  = "" then
		'you could put whatever code you like here, if a blank item is found
		response.write Item & " is blank.<br>"
	end if
next
%>
