I used • and it validated perfectly, however I do not see it on the
"character entity sets" page on the W3C site
(http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html3/latin1.html).  If it isn't listed on this
page as an accepted character, is it still considered OK to use it?  It is
not returning any type of error whatsoever, but I want to be sure that it is
recognized by all browsers.
