I am wondering if anyone's run into this and might have some ideas 
that shed some light on it.

 I am pulling in an html off the net and placing the code into a 
textarea. The problem is that if the page contains a textarea 
command in it, the page's own /textarea prematurely terminates my 
textarea box. As a temporary fix I have trapped out any /textarea 
commands I find in the retrieved html, but this isn't really a good 
solution.

 Does anyone know of a way I can populate a textarea box (in perl) 
where I do not have to worry about the html being interperted by the 
browser?
