I had this problem as well.  It has to do with the doctype you're 
using if I remember correctly.  Go to my site, www.miscsites.com, 
and check out the doctype, xml declaration and the xmlns in the 
html tag.  I believe if you were to use this info, it will correct this 
problem.  I think removing the doctype all together will also do it, 
but it's been a while.
