I'd like to thank everyone that replied to the message. I knew I could 
have made the changes via grep, or cobbled together a perl 
application to do something similar. However one individual on the 
list pointed me to windows application which allowed me to change 
the files in short order. And now I can use the same application on 
my client sites when necessary. If anyone is interested, check out 
the shareware program Actual Search & Replace at;

 I don't often use shareware, but this is one author that will get his
