Hi folks,
I'm afraid that I've got to ask a "bad question".  How can I disable 
the Back button?  I know that this is generally a Bad Thing (tm), 
but I have specific reasons for doing so.  The situation is an online 
course that I'm building that's due to go live very soon.  I have a 
multiple choice quiz at the end of every module and if the student 
fails it, they have to re-do the module.  I *don't* want them to be 
able to just hit back and just redo the quiz because a) that's 
cheating and b) it causes an error in the system.

I could probably get around b) given enough time, but I don't have it. 
 Don't worry, I'll enable the button again once they're passed that 
page, it's just that one page.
