Hi folks,
First, thanks to Andrew for helping me with my problem.  Secondly, 
here's an addendum.  IE (5.5 at least) doesn't support the table-row 
property for 'display'.  I spent ages trying to figure out why my 
display thing wasn't updating in IE (it would go to none, but not 
back to table-row) before figuring it out.  Gah.  Is there any 
definitive list of what CSS properties that different versions of IE 
support?
