Just one small snag - I don't have access to the php3.ini file.  Does anyone 
know of a free host that supports PHP and a database (preferably MySQL) other 
than Freedom2Surf (who only support PostgreSQL badly!) and will give you 
access to the php3.ini file??????????  Can't buy any as this is a not for 
profit service.
