I do it on all my pages, especially for javascript that is the same on all
pages. Works like a charm. The syntax is:

<script language="JavaScript" src="https://hwg.org/includes/js/yourscript.js"></script>

And remember to NOT put the <script> and </script> tags in the .js file
itself.
