Breadcrumbs using PHP?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to do in PHPthe structure thing that you see at the top 
of many websites which looks like:  Home > Tutorials > CSS   ?????

I'm sure here must be a way of doing it, but I don't want to echo the 
directory names. If you want t see *live* what I'm after then visit 
http://www.devshed.com or http://www.webmonkey.com
