I'm using VBScript to UPDATE a record in MS Access.  Why do I get a "Syntax
error in UPDATE statement" with this SQL statement?

UPDATE tblPhysicianGroup SET StrategicFocus = 'Align financial goals with
our own',Date = #08/14/2002# WHERE GroupNumber = 1103

When I drop the "Date = #08/14/2002#", it works fine.
