Pop-up Menus using Javascript and CSS

Hello,

I am trying to create a pop-up navigation menus (similar to the ones on
Microsoft's site) that work in both Netscape and IE.  

So far I have the script working almost completely in IE --  I am having
problems with the second pop-up menu.  The script is working in Netscape,
but only for the first pop-up menu.   I can't figure out what is going
wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
