I pay about 8 bucks a month for a decent chunk of space.  Try 
www.aaahosting.NET  Be sure you go to .net, not .com.  They are entirely 
different companies.  Service is decent and skilled, but it's not what I 
would call the most accessible.  With a little patience almost anything is 
possible.  CGI and SSI come with the package I've got.
