New "hidden" URL

Hello gang,

I've just received an UBE from a (what else) porn site and the URL has me
baffled :
http://www.465.co7@2148225737/wildfire/?959595

I have never seen anything like that. It works fine in Netscape, but the
web-based traceroute utilities and Win NT's own tracert couldn't do anything
with it.

Anybody knows how this type of URL works and, as importantly, how do I
figure out where to complain ?
