Email packages for NT machine?

Can some of you recommend reliable email packages designed to run on a
Windows NT web server? I know it comes with email capability already
installed but I don't know much about the quality of that Microsoft feature.
This is for a corporation with about 400 email accounts. Thanks in advance.
