Customization of FTP

Hi, I am running a small network and I have seen this where when you login
to the server using ftp, there is a little message that says something along
the lines of: the companies name and some other stuff. ( I think it's been
some time since I seen it and I can't remember where)

Any way is this possible and how do you do it.  I am running RH6.0, w/
Apache, MySQL, PHP, Perl on a P75 with 64MB Ram
