Your ISP doesn't allowing relaying of mail (an anti-spam measure). It is
possible to allow relaying from certain trusted domains, but you need to
speak to your ISP. 550 5.1.1 is user unknown, so either the script isn't
putting the recipient's email address in properly or the message is both
coming from and going to users without mailboxes on that server (and the
sending machine is not in their IP block) or however that ESMTP server
does its authentication. Don't take this as gospel though, as I'm just a
very junior MS Exchange person, and I know nothing about sendmail.
