I do this for an orderform I have at

I generate the code via an access module (both HTML and Javascript) which is
written to my hard drives FTP directory and then manually FTP it to the
site.

This could be used for virtually any amount of pages you wanted to upload
and I would suggest that once you had your pages working on your site you
could duplicate them in an Access module and export them.

I have the code (but havent tried it yet) to FTP direct from Access so all I
would have to do is hit a button within access and the form would appear on
the website. You could do this for whatever combinations of forms/lists you
needed.
