ASP not working.

Hi, can someone please help me fix my .asp...  it screws up whenever i load a .asp page.
The error says: 

Provider error '80040154'

Class not registered

/QuickStartFinal/media/IIS_Gen_3.0_Recordset.js, line 392

Any help is appreciated,
