IIS4 page caching

Hi list

When IIS receives a HTTP request, does it attempt to retrieve the page =
from its cache or does it retrieve the page stored on the drive in the =
location specified by the alias?

If it retrieves from cache, how can I refresh the server cache without =
stopping and restarting the server?  Additionally, can I specify that =
certain pages must never be cached?
