Convlog works for me. My logs are in w3c format and I can convert them to
ncsa with convlog -ie *.log -t ncsa. Bear in mind that convlog needs to be
able to find the logfiles to process. Try running the command from the
directory containing the logfiles. There will be a separate logfile
directory (typically under %systemroot%\system32\logfiles) for each website.
