The idea is to write standards-compliant HTML (with a text editor--the
only way) and then remember that Netscape 4.x doesn't obey most of the
rules. you can then test for browser version and if your layout demands
it, redirect to a more suitable page for older browsers and/or Netscape
4.x. This is probably more a topic for basics or techniques.
