Actually, the customer isn't wanting to move the domain servers
away from NSI.  So he's trying to use NSI's "dot-com forwarding"
feature because there's no additional charge for this.  (His
other choice would be for us to set his DNS up at our ISP, UUnet,
and pass forward UUnet's charges.)

NSI web pages say he needs to de-activate his dot-com biz card
feature first.  So I go to the "Manage dot com services" page at NSI
and there's no way to de-activate the dot-com biz card!

Anyway, why wouldn't we just want to use the dot-com forwarding
rather than move the zone file?
