Looking for web host...

Hi,

I'm looking for an affordable hosting service that allows UNLIMITED hits.  I 
have a site which generates a LOT of bulletin board traffic, but I am not a 
business so I need it to be as affordable as possible.

At the present time I need CGI & SSI capabilities, chat availability, about 
100mb of space and unlimited bandwidth.

I am having troubles w/ my current host (poor service).  Can anyone give me 
any advice.
