Hello all,

     I'm new to the Server Administration area and was wondering if there 
are any  good resource(s) on the web, that can provide a step by step 
information/instructions on

1) How to setup NT Server with IIS 4.0 and configuring Domains and things 
like that.
2) Installing and testing ASP/perl/SSI's/SQL Server.

Book recommendations would be helpful also.
