 ActivePerl is a great resource, BUT its not a complete perl. Certain

 I use activePerl when building custom code for testing small 
modules, and syntax checking, but when I'm ready, I ftp the files 
over to a linux/apache box for some real testing (its a box available 
only to our in-office network). I'm not going to engage in a debate 
over servers, but its obvious where my loyalties lay *grin*.
