Win2k - Adding a Service

Hello,

I'm new to the list, so hopefully this isn't off topic.  

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to add a service under 
Win2k.  I.E. make an application run as a service.  I knew how to 
do it on NT 4, but am not seeing any obvious way here.
