Christina,
 With servers down, why are you waiting for replies to email? CALL 
THEM.

 The name servers for duploweb.com aren't just crashed. They 
aren't even pingable. The names aren't resolveable, which suggests 
that their upstream provider has removed them from their name 
servers. 

 Yours would not be the first host to go belly up, and close up shop 
without giving notice. Its an unfortunate fact of life that many of the 
hosting companies out there have died due to the downturn in the 
dotcom environment. Not a week goes by that I don't hear from at 
least one person with a tale of a dead website and an unreachable 
host.

 My advice is simple. 

 1) Call them. If all you get is an answering machine, leave a 
message stating that if they don't get back to you within 24 hours, 
you're moving your site.

 2) Gather up your files and find yourself a new host. If you had 
clients hosted with these folks, you better warn your clients about 
what has happened.

 3) MOVE THE SITE AND DOMAIN NAME.

 Finally once you're back up online and everything is working, you 
need to address the issue of repromoting your site. Some of the 
search engines may have propagated your site out of the listings 
due to their being unable to reach it.
