I'm afraid that I can't help, but I thought that I should let you 
know that the second link below works on my IE (5.5sp2), but the last 
one given doesn't.

Okay, now I'm confused.  This link didn't work the first time that I 
tried it, but now it opens fine??

Sorry, I've probably confused you more than I've helped ;).  All 
links open fine with my current Mozilla nightly.
