cold fusion help

Hi,

I have a client that recently parted ways with their original (in-house) developer and wants to out source maintenance of their cold-fusion driven site. We have been hired to look at the setup and make recommendations on how to continue - only problem is they can't seem to find the information needed to log in to the Cold fusion control panel so that we can see how it has been structured and make some minor initial changes. I have full FTP access to the server, but no Cold Fusion control panel URL, username or password.

Is there a way that I can find this information by downloading the correct file from the server via FTP and opening that locally? Remembering I have full FTP access of the web server.
