Put it in httpd.conf, there should be a template Virtual Server config at
the bottom of the file that will make it easier. Pretty much everything
goes in there. I think srm.conf used to control some aspects of apache
that httpd.conf took over and they left it around if you wanted to use it
or had old config files, but I could be wrong.
