They are safely hidden under c:\winnt\system32\logfiles\w3svc1

You can configure how you want your logs to "log" using IIS's web manager.
Click on the default web site (or whatever your site is), then choose
properties. It is on the Web Site tab, at the bottom. Click on the
Properties button and there are lots of options. Have fun.
