Learning about *nix, especially to do all these things, is about
reading and doing. You need to find a few good books and online
documentation about mail servers, web servers, and unix system
administration. I suggest you use redhat or Debian Linux, as these are
easy to install initially. I also suggest you get an experienced
person to hold your hand through the initial stages and secure your
servers.
