ftp error mesg meaning?

Hello,

Can someone suggest to me why I can't access my site with ftp? (or point me in the right direction) I'm afraid I may have 
inadvertently changed a setting... 

I get this error mesg:

Connected to 208.xxx.xx.xxx port 21
[112] from 0.0.0.0 port 2xxx
!Receive error: Blocking call cancelled

!Connection failed ftp.bronzefrogs.com
