Text Image software

 I am looking for an image editing program that can take text and change it
around (Slant it, add shadows, etc.). Something like Microsoft Word can do
with it's Text Art, but I will need to save it as a photo file, so I can use
it on my webpage(something Word 97 wont let me do) Any help is appreciated.
