Saving mail!! duh...

Ok! I've had it.
I'm sick and tired of this Outlook thing.
The problem is that I want to save the mail I receive at the office to a
removable media and get it to home. Outlook 98 (should I say Outlook Middle
Ages?) does have all this export/import "business" on the file menu. Right!
Two months have passed and I can't figure how this thing works.
I've tried everything I can remember off (even things I can't remember). The
fact it's that it seems to me that Outlook can't save it's own email so that
I can move it to another computer. Am I correct? or is this a duh thing?
Please help!
(I use Outlook 98 both at home and at the office)
