You're thinking of the html validator. The Codesweeper is new with HS4.0,
wasn't in 3.0, and isn't intended for validation, per se. It 'cleans up' your
coding, like proper indenting, adding whitespace before/after tags, etc.... very
configurable to make the code easier for viewing. It is especially helpful when
importing html from WYSIWYG editors. It's a way of making the pages easier to
work with, among other things.
