Definitely consider Paint Shop Pro 6.  Vector and Bitmap.  Works well with
photo's and the Vector capabilities make it a snap to make great looking web
graphics.  For an all around package, I think it is the way to go.  Look for
a rebate when you shop for it.  Save money by purchasing a d/l file instead
of a boxed version.  BTW, many Adobe Photo Shop plugins work on PSP and
there are many pro's out there like you who are using it because of a
limited budget.
